All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable local currency and include taxes where required by law, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping, Duties & Taxes

4.1 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using selected courier services. We reserve the right to have chosen the most appropriate carrier at the time of dispatch based on destination, speed, and reliability.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

International orders may be shipped via Whistl or FedEx.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4.2 Duties & Taxes

United States and European Union orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable duties and import taxes are included in the shipping price shown at checkout, and no additional charges should be payable on delivery.

Rest of World orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges charged by the destination country or carrier upon arrival. These charges are outside of our control and are non-refundable.

Lanes is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refusal of payment of duties and taxes by the recipient.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly. We may be able to modify or cancel an order within a short grace period of approximately 30 minutes, but this is not guaranteed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please email info@lanes.studio as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns must be requested through our official returns portal; https://lanes.studio/pages/returns-portal

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and submitted within the return window outlined in our Returns Policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lanes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
