What are ClubCredits?
ClubCredits are collected with every purchase made. Receiving 5 ClubCredits for every £1 spent.
Once a certain amount of ClubCredits is reached, you move up our loyalty tier program, Lanes Lifestyle Club, giving more benefits to our most loyal customers.

When does the store open?
On the 3rd of every month, LANES.STUDIO opens to Lanes Lifestyle Club members, for 24 hours.
Join the club to earn ClubCredits for rewards, and access to enter LANES.STUDIO. You'll receive your access code via email on opening day.
How do drops work?
- Sign up to Lanes Lifestyle Club to be the first to hear latest release news.
1. LLC members are notified of a drop via email, otherwise look out on our Instagram.
2. LLC members receive 1hr early access to lanes.studio- then our store opens to the general public.
4. All orders are shipped immediately.
5. Our store will then close until further notice.
When will the online store next open?
Once we have built something for the world to see.
We open 3rd of every month to allow our biggest fans access to current collections.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Lanes accepts all major credit cards (as shown at checkout), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Please note your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement for successful order processing.
How will I know my order is successful?
Once your order has been placed, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.
If this is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder before emailing info@lanes.studio to confirm your order success.
Do I pay duties and taxes in the U.S.?
Unfortunately higher duties & taxes do apply to our U.S. customers due to new country rules. In the meantime, we are working on new solutions to reduce these costs. Please be aware of this before completing checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via email.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We guarantee a suitable delivery option for your order, aiming to dispatch as promptly as possible for you.
Please note, time frames are an estimation and delivery carriers sometimes take longer (or quicker) than expected. This is out of our control.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you have 1 hour from the time of purchase to modify address information or cancel an order.
To do so, email info@lanes.studio within the allotted time.
How do I return my order?
We hope your Lanes product(s) meets your sweet expectations, however we are happy to issue a refund within 14 days from the order date.
To do so, email info@lanes.studio with the ‘Order No.’ in the subject and ‘Reason for Return’, in the body. Please then await further information.
All items must be returned unworn in their original condition, with original tags and packaging attached to ensure a smooth returns process.
Returned parcels will be made at customers expense, therefore we advise returning your parcel via Tracked Delivery for safe security.
How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer an exchange service.
If you would like another size or item, we advise emailing info@lanes.studio for a return, then immediately placing a new order.
