What are ClubCredits?
ClubCredits are collected with every purchase made. Receiving 5 ClubCredits for every £1 spent.
Once a certain amount of ClubCredits is reached, you move up our loyalty tier program, giving more benefits to our most loyal customers.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Lanes accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. These are also shown at checkout to remind you.
Please note your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement for successful order processing.
How will I know my order is successful?
Once your order has been placed, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.
If this is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder before emailing info@lanes.studio to confirm your order success.
Do I pay duties & taxes for United States orders?
No. All orders shipped to the United States are sent Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP). The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no additional customs charges on delivery.
Do I pay duties & taxes for Europe orders?
No. All orders shipped within the European Union are sent Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP). Duties and VAT are included at checkout, so there are no extra fees on delivery.
Do I pay duties & taxes for Rest of World orders?
Yes. Orders shipped to countries outside the UK, European Union, United States and Canada are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). This means local duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your local authority on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We typically offer a short grace period of approximately 30 minutes after placing your order during which cancellations may be possible. This window is however not guaranteed, as orders are processed quickly.
If you need to make a cancellation, please email info@lanes.studio as soon as possible within this time frame and we’ll do our best to help.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please refer to our shipping terms for delivery time information to your destination.
Can I return my order?
All returns must be requested through our returns portal; XXX. Follow the instructions provided to submit your return.
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition within the return window stated in our Returns Policy.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Duties, taxes and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my order?
We currently offer size exchanges for the same product only via our returns portal; XXX
If you would like to exchange for a different product, please return your original item, then place a new order. You may choose store credit or a refund when registering your return.
