Lanes offers worldwide shipping through DHL Express. Please be aware when ordering outside of the UK customs/import fees may occur. This is dependent on the recipient’s country import laws.

RETURNS

We hope your Lanes product(s) meets your sweet expectations, however we are happy to issue a refund within 14 days from the Order Date.

Email info@lanes.studio with the ‘Order Number’ in the Subject and ‘Reason for Return’, in the body. Please then await further information.

All items must be returned unworn in their original condition, with original tags and packaging attached to ensure a smooth returns process.

Returned parcels will be made at customers expense, therefore we advise returning your parcel via Tracked Delivery for safe security.
