RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your order. If not, you have 14 days from delivery to register a return using our online returns portal.

All returned items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and returned in their original packaging. Unregistered returns will not be processed.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
  1. Visit our returns portal: https://lanes.studio/pages/returns-portal
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  3. Select whether you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  4. Complete the steps and download your returns label.
  5. Send your parcel back using the provided courier service; UK Returns: Royal Mail, International Returns: DHL and FedEx

You will receive email updates throughout the process.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, processing can take up to 14 working days. Processing times may be longer during peak or holiday periods.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international returns are subject to a return fee, which will be shown during the returns process.

International returns are handled via DHL and FedEx to ensure all parcels are tracked, insured, and returned without customs delays or additional charges.

Once completed, you will receive a returns label by email. Returns can be dropped at a DHL service point or collected from your address. These are printerless return options, therefore no customs documentation is required.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is the fastest return option.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued immediately via email as a unique gift code, which includes your additional bonus credit for selecting this returns option. Store credit can be used online only.

EXCHANGES

We currently offer size exchanges for the same product only.

If you would like to exchange for a different product, please return your original item, then place a new order. You may choose store credit or a refund when registering your return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Returned items must be unworn, free from odours such as aftershave or deodorant, with all tags intact, and in a resellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
